Raffle Rules:
FREE to enter, one entry per person, must put First and Last name or badge # on the ticket and be present to win. Winner(s) will be randomly selected at 4:30 PM during this Collectors Event. Each raffle event must have a minimum of 10 tickets collected and a minimum five people at selection time.
